Overnight stay at Tera Di Dio:

4 nights in the agritourism Toscanizzaznione Tera Di Dio (accommodation in apartments – each for 2 people) on: 17-21.10.2023.

Food:

4 breakfasts, 3 dinners in the agritourism (live cooking, cooking in the round parmesan, pizza from the stone oven) gala dinner in the restaurant next to the Leaning Tower.
The menu will include:

Tuna tartare with Smith apple and lime zest
Fresh ravioli filled with butter fish, anchovies, sprinkled with breadcrumbs
Marinated anchovies on stracciatelli and onions from Tropea
Tris of tender beef with Maldon salt, stracciatella and truffle
Grilled sliced beef with roasted potato boats
Stir-fried with squid, shrimp, squid and crispy vegetables
Gnocchi of purple potatoes with asparagus, gorgonzola and a sprinkling of nuts

Trip to Volta

Volterra, located on a Tuscan hilltop, is a treasure trove of Etruscan history and medieval architecture. Its well-preserved city walls
and ancient ruins testify to a rich past that dates back more than three thousand years. Walking through Volterra’s stone streets, you can enjoy picturesque views of the surrounding countryside and feel the atmosphere of ancient times.

Trip to Pisa

Pisa, known worldwide for its crooked tower, is a jewel of Tuscan architecture and history. In addition to the famous tower, Piazza dei Miracoli impresses with its magnificent cathedral and baptistery, serving as the spiritual heart of the city.
