The colors of the flag of this city are white and red, like the Polish national flag. A competitor of Pisa, with which it fought for supremacy in trade. It was incorporated into the Florentine republic in the 15th century. The princess of the city and region of Lucca was the sister of Napoleon Bonaparte, who was also our neighbor! She lives with her husband, an Italian officer, in our Capannoli!

Parking – information
Located on the territory of Villa74 car parking is unguarded parking – free of charge. The property is not responsible for damage to or theft of a vehicle belonging to a Guest of Villa74.
Animal policy
At Willa74 we accept pets. The basic condition for accepting a pet under our roof is to notify the guest of the arrival of the animal at the time of booking and receive express permission from us sent by e-mail.
Cancellation policy
In order to make a reservation, a prepayment for 30% of the reservation value is required via the online payment system. In case of cancellation or no-show of the guest at the property on the day of arrival, the property will charge the guest for 30% of the value of the reservation.
Tourist tax
To each overnight stay will be charged an additional local tax (climate tax) – 2.50 zł / adult, 1.50 zł / children, youth, seniors

During our stay in Tuscany, we had the pleasure of staying overnight at the Terra di Dio winery! It’s a wonderful place where we relaxed among the vines and olive grove, plus it’s a great base for exploring Pisa, Florence or other nearby towns. Delicious Italian food and wine awaited us on site. 🙂 We will definitely return there again!

A very pleasant place to spend leisure time. Beautiful surroundings, surrounded by vineyards and olive trees. The buildings, although quite old, preserved in a sensational way. The village is a little out of the way, which makes it very quiet and safe. Close to Pisa with its attractions, as well as other Tuscan towns – cradles of modern European culture.

If you dream of a place straight out of the best movies about Tuscany, you’ve come to the right address. The picturesque estate surrounded by a vineyard, olive grove and cypress avenue is a dream postcard photo location. The delicious typically Italian meals and fine wine served by the owners are another highlight of the place. I would love to return to Terra Di Dio more than once.

Perfect starting point, 30 min from the airport, 15 min from Bocelli’s amphitheater, ancient Volterra, 30 min to the sea, 1 h to Florence. I already miss it! Wine from the pourer! Possibility to rent a car on site !
